身份與報名Identity & Registration
經查身份不符第一、二階段資格，會直接取消報名並依退費辦法處理Ineligible registrations will be cancelled and refunded per policy
夫妻同一經銷權需「分別報名」，於報名人姓名後填寫括弧伴侶名稱，例：周OO（蔡OO）Spouses sharing one distributor account must register separately, with partner's name in parentheses, e.g., Zhou OO (Tsai OO)
每場活動名額僅限辦理「一次」轉讓，須於活動日前 5 天聯繫活動 LINESlots may be transferred only once; contact Event LINE at least 5 days before the event
恕不接受現場臨時報名No on-site registration accepted
請於有效繳費時間內完成付款，逾時帳號失效視為報名不成功Pay within the valid window; expired accounts void the registration
配偶身份驗證Spouse Identity Verification
尚未登記配偶資訊者，須由「雲商城註冊會員本人」聯繫客服 LINE @vkcs，告知欲報名 2026 健康衝刺班需身份驗證，並提供以下資料：If spouse info isn't registered, the Cloud Mall registered member must contact Customer Service LINE @vkcs to request verification for the 2026 Health Sprint, providing:
自己身分證正反面的正本照片Photos of your ID card (front and back, original)
自己手持身分證正面放臉旁的驗證照片A selfie holding your ID next to your face
自己的秤現在 IDYour own Cheng App ID
配偶的秤現在 IDYour spouse's Cheng App ID
肖像與隱私Image & Privacy
凡報名參與活動者，視同同意活動期間之拍攝影像（含照片及錄影）可用於微康電子商務股份有限公司之行銷、宣傳及相關推廣用途。填寫報名表單即視為已閱讀並同意《使用條款暨個資告知聲明》。By registering, you consent to photos and videos taken during the event being used for Vkang E-Commerce's marketing, promotion, and related purposes. Submitting the form means you've read and agreed to the Terms of Use and Privacy Notice.
發票Receipts
繳費完成後，發票系統會直接寄送至您的 EmailReceipts are emailed automatically upon payment
配合國稅局政策，發票一經開立不得任意更改或改開Per tax authority policy, receipts cannot be modified or reissued once issued

報到須驗證身份，可接受：身分證、健保卡、駕照Check-in requires ID verification: National ID, NHI card, or Driver's License
兩天皆含午餐，葷素選擇 7/10 後無法更改Both days include lunch. Vegetarian/regular choice cannot be changed after 7/10
參與活動含停車Parking included
為維護他人學習權益，請勿攜帶孩童To respect other attendees, please do not bring children
場內全面禁帶外食，違者需自行負擔清潔及事務費用No outside food. Violators must cover cleaning and administrative fees
自備保溫杯，現場提供飲水機Bring your own water bottle; water dispensers available on-site
選位資訊將於 7/1（三）公告於秤現在 AppSeat assignments posted on Cheng App on 7/1 (Wed)
行前手冊將於活動前兩週公告於秤現在 AppPre-event handbook posted on Cheng App ~2 weeks before
